For operators with strict data-sovereignty rules or unreliable internet connectivity at main base, the entire stack (NGINX, FastAPI, PostgreSQL 15, Redis, Celery) deploys via Docker inside your local network.

Role & Qualification Gatekeeping

Access is governed by role and station assignment. Certifying staff (CAT A, B1, B2, C) are checked against active licence and continuation training dates (HF, EWIS, FTS) before signing off work.
